Love everything about this company. There service is professional, their product has been perfect for our home and needs. I have now purchased 2 systems from them for 2 different locations! I have no hesitation recommending Crystal Water. As an added bonus they even covered their street shoes so to guarantee they didn’t track in any dirt. Carpet cleaners don’t even do that and I wish they would follow these guys example. I appreciate their concern over the little details.
A little over a month ago I had a water softener installed by Crystal Water and I have been nothing but happy with my decision to choose their softener. They went above and beyond to make sure our softener was installed and the plumbing was done right, which took some extra work on their parts because of problems our builder didn’t take care of. Highly recommend Joe and his crew to anyone needing a water softener.
